My favorite ramen place in all GDL, the flavor and temperature are always spot on, portions are great and the variety is also good For a first timer go for the shoyu, never fails The calpico is great and the tea is good (not the best I’ve tried) served in an iron pot And the service is always friendly, Roberto even learned our usuals :p

My experience was perfect the waitress whos name was ruby was so kind and just lovely she really cared about her costumers and made them feel welcome. The food also was delicious. The 5 stars are more than deserved

Wonderful variety of ramen soups. Care is evident in every dish. Seasonal offerings are available that should not be missed. We tried the red spicy ramen, the chicken ramen and the seasonal mushroom ramen, all were plenty filling and tasty. The consistency of noodles was just hard-soft enough, just perfect.

The dumplings were the best I’ve had in GDL! Roberto and the rest of the staff were very attentive and patient with me, as I’m trying as fast as I can to speak more intermediate level Spanish. Muchisimas gracias

This place is so satisfying. I'm very excited to see the new location open in my neighborhood. Hato is the first ramen restaurant that I have ever been to. Gluten free ramen isn't that common and I am really excited to have this so close to home. The food is excellent, the decor is hip, and the service is educated. I really appreciate that the staff knows the menu really well. I usually have a lot of questions.
